Taking on the role of prime consultant, we formed a multidisciplinary team—MEP engineers, architects, structural specialists, and cost estimators—to repurpose this school district facility. By providing a one-stop solution, we streamlined communication, budgeting, and scheduling. This efficient structure enables the district to achieve its goals on time and within budget.
