Portland Avenue Park Master Plan

As part of a collaboration with Bruce Dees and Associates, we helped design new stormwater solutions that integrate seamlessly into the park’s layout. We also engaged with community members during a feedback night, turning their concerns and suggestions into actionable improvements. From traffic safety to preserving beloved features, we aligned the park’s design with residents’ priorities. The result is a master plan that balances practical stormwater management with an enhanced visitor experience.
