Stepping in to continue work for BCRA, our team reviewed the original civil design and took charge of contractor coordination. We addressed unforeseen challenges by visiting the site and collaborating on practical solutions with the construction crew. Our prompt responses to submittals and RFIs ensure the trail’s infrastructure remains efficient and consistent with prior planning. In doing so, we help maintain project momentum and quality for a successful outcome.
